It has been a very busy start to the new year. I haven't traveled around as much but I have been making frequent trips to the rice farms near Marysville, CA. Not only do these crops provide a great habitat for wildlife in any season, they are beautiful in their own right. I did get to meet up with some great photographers that I have met on Google+ for a Photowalk in Santa Cruz. Looking forward to more photowalks, so much fun! While participating in the latest Chrysta Rae Photography Scavenger Hunt I headed north to Table Mountain in search of images. Finally I made it there while the wildflowers were putting on their best show.
