One of 70 California State Parks slated for closure. Woodson Bridge offers
shaded campsites among the Valley Oaks, picnic areas and riverside views. This is a wintering
site for Bald Eagles and a summer nesting site for Yellow Billed Cuckoos. The day I visited
there were lots of beautiful butterflies.
